Refund policy

At Sutton Prints Co., all our products are made-to-order and personalised just for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted or ordered incorrectly. We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or if we have sent the wrong product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us at hello@suttonprintsco.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
• A description of the issue.
• Your order number.
• Photos showing the damage or defect.
Once your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Cancellations
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above conditions.
