What sizes do your prints come in?

Prints are available in eight sizes: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 x 42 cm), A2 (42 x 59.4 cm), 8x12", 11x14", 16x20", 18x24" and 20x30". All sizes are standard, so off-the-shelf frames fit perfectly.

What paper are your prints printed on?

Every print is made on 200gsm museum-quality paper with a matte finish, printed using the fine-art Giclée method for vibrant, long-lasting colour.

Do prints come framed?

No, all prints arrive unframed. We print in standard sizes (A4, A3, A2 and common inch sizes), so finding a frame that fits is easy wherever you shop.

How long does delivery take?

Every print is made to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for printing and packing before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 working days in the UK, and 5–7 working days for the US, EU, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is free on all orders over £30. US orders get free standard shipping over $50, shipped from our US-based print partners for faster delivery. EU orders ship from our EU-based partners to keep costs down.

Where are your prints made?

Every print is designed in our UK studio. We print with trusted partner labs in the UK, US and EU, so your order is produced close to you for faster delivery.

What is your returns policy?

Because each print is made to order just for you, we can't offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us right away at hello@suttonprintsco.com and we'll make it right.
